This week we interview #104: This week Paul talks to Jeremy Spillman, CEO and Founder of Toggle. 

About Jeremy Spillman:

Jeremy Spillman is an ambitious entrepreneur that has a multifaceted background in transportation, logistics, supply chain management and corporate real estate. Driven by customer experience and having a knack for solving complex problems, Jeremy has excelled in a number of different roles within both large and small companies alike. Jeremy began his career with UPS as a part time supervisor of operations in Des Moines in April of 1999. He quickly rose through the ranks taking on different assignments, higher levels of responsibility and more complex business operations until 2010 where he transitioned into business ownership founding his first company that offered demolition services in the Chicagoland area. In 2014, Jeremy relocated these operations to Des Moines, Iowa and that same year Jeremy began to practice commercial real estate brokerage geared towards industrial real estate with NAI Optimum. He would later become Vice President of Industrial brokerage with Jones Lang Lasalle in Des Moines, Iowa in October of 2016. In 2019, Jeremy opened his own real estate brokerage, Capstone Commercial in Des Moines where he continued to focus on Industrial real estate. In the latter part of 2019, Jeremy introduced his latest company, Toggle to streamline and create more transparency in Supply Chain management, offering a new look at how this industry could be managed and ultimately redefined. Through the synergies of these organizations, their customers can rely on a wide array of expertise through the management of their supply chains and real estate portfolios.
