About Thomas Davenport:
Thomas Davenport is the CEO of T.L. Davenport & Co. (TLD), a middle-market focused investment bank. Mr. Davenport is an experienced investor and financial services professional with over 19 years of advisory experience including, investment banking, corporate development, and restructuring. Mr. Davenport has successfully executed over $15 billion in M&A and capital raising engagements. He has experience with implementing sales and business development functions, hiring, training, & development of talent, has served on private equity deal approval committees, and has Board of Directors and Board observer experience. Prior to TLD, Mr. Davenport served as Head of Special Situations and Private Capital Solutions and Head of the Consumer & Industrial coverage team for a leading national accounting firm. He also has prior investment banking and capital markets experience with William Blair & Company, Citigroup and E*Trade Financial.
