About Max Heller:
Max is a Director in the RSM Deal Strategy team, providing merger and acquisition advisory services for both strategic and financial buyers and sellers. Max focuses on supporting local and cross-border transactions, and providing deal strategy support across a variety of industries. Max focuses on extended deal support services, ranging from transaction readiness assessments to financial modeling support through to deal management and support expertise. He has over 18 years of consulting experience having provided advisory services on over 400 transactions and has been responsible for leading various aspects of the deal process for financial and strategic buyers and sellers. Max’s clients have included private equity firms, corporate buyers/sellers, and individual or family high net worth buyers/sellers. He has consulted on deals with enterprise values ranging from $1 million to $6 billion.
