Bruce Decaster is an experienced International Human Resources professional. He is fluent in five languages and has extensive experience supervising all aspects of corporate HR operations in locations as diverse as the Americas, Australia, the Caribbean, Europe, India, and South Africa. He has an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BS degree from Brigham Young University.
